불고기는 대표적인 한국 음식이지요.
요즘엔 아주 쉽게 재료도 구하고 평범하게 반찬으로 올려지지만
아직도 불고기라 하면 생일상이나 손님접대에서 빠질 수 없는 고급 요리입니다.
특히 외국인들이 인식하는 한국요리의 대표급이라고 할 수 있지요.
그릴이나 숯불에 구우면 더 맛있겠지만 집에서는 간단히 프라이팬에 구워먹게 되는데
상추나 깻잎에 싸서 쌈장과 함께 먹으면 정말 맛있죠?

Bulgogi is traditionally grilled, but Pan-cooking has become
popular as well.
Whole cloves of garlic, sliced onions and chopped greed are
often grilled or fried with the meat.
This dish is served with a side of lettuce or other leafy
vegetable,
which is used to wrap a slice of cooked meat, often along
with a dab of ssamjang or other side dishes, and eaten
together.
Ingredients :
Thinly slice of one pound of tenderloin or sirloin beef
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Table spoon honey
1 Table spoon brown sugar
1 Table spoon sesame oil
1/2 medium size onion
1 cup chopped green onion
4 gloves of minced garlic
1/2 cup thinly slice carrot
Any kind of mushroom
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into big bowl.
2. Mix all ingredients to make a marinade
3. And keep in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
4. Cook it on a pan (or a grill) over medium high heat.
5. Serve it with rice and lettuce (if you have it).
