I bought a whole chicken and trimmed it. Because I will make a cutlet using by chicken breast and I will make a spicy braised chicken using chicken legs and wings. The leftover parts are ideal for making soup stocks. It is very easy work you can do yourself.

Today I’m going to make a chicken breast cutlet.

Ingredients

  • 2 of boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs combine dried parsley
  •  Salt and ground black pepper
  •  ½ cup all-purpose flour (for dredging)
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • ½ cup of oil (for frying)

Directions

  1. Slice the chicken breasts side way.
  2. Put the flour, egg, and the bread crumbs each separately in dishes. And set aside.
  3. The chicken season both sides with salt and pepper.
  4.  And put the flour on the breast.
  5. Put the breast in the egg to coat it.
  6. Finally, put the chicken in the bread crumbs, turn it over and press it into the breading to coat.
  7. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the oil.
  8. Lay chicken breasts neatly on the pan. And Cook until it begins to change color to brown for about 2 minutes.
  9. Flip it over then cook about few minutes more.
  10. Transfer chicken to a paper towel on a plate to drain.
  11. Serve it with salad, and bread or rice.
