This is good
to eat with meat barbecue and steamed rice. I love it.
Ingredients
- 7~8 Japanese cucumbers
- ½ white onion
- 1 carrot
Salad dressing:
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 table spoon minced garlic
- 1 tea spoon sesame oil, sesame seed
- 3 table spoon rice vinegar
- 1 table spoon sugar
- 1 table spoon red pepper flake (powder)
- 1 tea spoon salt
Directions
- Wash and cut edge of cucumbers and cut in half lengthwise and slice.
- ½ white onion, peel, and thinly slice
- 1 carrot, peeled, and thinly slice
- Make a salad dressing.
- Put it in large bowl
- Add salad dressing on cucumber, carrot, onion and mix.
- Serve it.
